All About The
Short Bald Man

Kyle Hill is the host of The Xhausted Educators Show.  With well over 20 years of experience working in education, he's learned at least a few things.  For the first 20 years, Kyle was a special education teacher at the elementary level, where he worked in both co-taught and self contained classrooms.  As a student, he had his fair share of challenges at school.  Because of this, he has always had a passion for helping kids find success.   Currently, Kyle is a District Resource Lead for special education programming at a school district in Delaware, where he is a lead mentor, instructional coach, and in charge of intervention programs throughout the district.  He works with all grade levels and content areas from Pre-K to 12th grade.  Kyle also has a love for working with teachers, paras, and administrators so that they can support all of the students in their classrooms.

Kyle's heart was breaking, seeing how hard educators from across the country were working to help students throughout the pandemic, but yet they were receiving such little praise and support for their efforts.  This is what led him to create the Holding Onto Learning LLC as well as The Xhausted Educators Show.

Most importantly, Kyle's number 1 rule is that family is always #1.  He has a high school son who is his hero due to his ability to persevere.   At the age of 8, his son was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes.  His son's struggles led both Kyle and his wife to become advocates for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.  He also has twin girls who have melted his heart from the day they were born, but have also possibly led to his issues with baldness as well. :)  A super hero lives in their home.  Kyle's wife uses her superhuman powers to support the entire family and put up with Kyle's daily childish antics while also finding time to run a county wide reading program.  This short bald dude is extremely blessed to be surrounded by such greatness in his life.
